Sri Krishna says. If you have someone who understands and you know that you have the solution to that problem, then why worry?
On the other hand, you have a problem and you know that you do not have the solution to that problem, then why are you worried?
See, broadly speaking, all the human beings who live in this world have one or the other problem. Yet we keep on worrying. That's why Lord Shri Krishna speaks to everyone. If the solution to the problem is with you then there is no need to worry. Even if you do not have a solution to a problem, you do not need to worry about that problem, because there is a problem and there is a solution, then why worry? If there is a problem and there is no solution, then why worry?
That's why God says whatever is, is already there.
Whatever was there was already determined.
